Owner and Master Instructor
Lori began practicing Pilates 17 years ago when she was pregnant with her second child. She felt noticeable changes in her body and especially felt the benefit of Pilates when she gave birth to her son. Lori is an avid runner, having run several marathons. Pilates has improved her running by increasing core strength, as well as balancing strength and flexibility in her upper and lower body.
Lori completed extensive training and teaching courses in 2008 through Body Arts and Science International, which is headquartered in Los Angeles. During her training, she logged over 500 hours of teaching and observation. Lori recently completed an 18-month program and received her Masters in Pilates Training through Nancy Hurd's Discover * Move * Inspire Program. Additionally, Lori has completed CEC courses on Wunda Chair Progressions, Functional Anatomy, and Pilates for Men.
As an athlete, Lori likes a challenging workout, as well as the therapeutic benefits of Pilates. Lori is sensitive to the needs of each individual client and tailors each session to her client's goals and bodies, while still making it a fun workout.

Kati F.
Master Instructor
Kati began her Pilates journey after sustaining an injury while playing soccer at the University of Texas. Pilates gave her body the relief it needed and changed her outlook on fitness which is why she decided to become a teacher. Kati has over 20 years of teaching experience and is still as excited as ever to share the many benefits of Pilates with her clients. Kati’s classes will energize, challenge, and empower you to feel your body in a new way. When she’s not at the Pilates studio, you might find Kati on a mountain, in a yoga studio or spending time with her husband and 3 boys.

Stephanie H.
Instructor
Stephanie recently received her Comprehensive Certification through the Balanced Body Pilates program because wellness and fitness have always been an important part of her life. The saying “Life happens, Pilates helps” led Stephanie to the world of Pilates where she found that to be true firsthand. Stephanie hopes to share that same experience with others in a fun, challenging, and empowering way.

Erica R.
Instructor
Erica is a passionate Pilates teacher certified through Balanced Body. Her drive as an instructor is to share the magic of the Pilates repertoire and its unmatched mind/body benefits. What drew her to Pilates originally was the precise and intelligent nature of the practice as well as its way of creating a strong, confident, “fine-tuned” body system. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, she has been enjoying life in Austin for 7 years now. Outside of Pilates, she is a nature lover, art enthusiast and proud cat mom.

Tara H.
Instructor
Tara took her first Pilates class in 2017, and immediately fell in love with the practice, particularly the emphasis on finding the connection between mind & body.
After experiencing first hand the power of finding mental clarity & stillness through movement, she decided to pursue a new career as a Pilates instructor. In 2024 Tara completed her comprehensive certification through Balanced Body under the mentorship of Brooke Bowersock in Austin, TX.
Tara’s favorite thing about teaching is connecting with clients & helping them achieve their movement goals. Joseph Pilates said it best, “Change happens through movement and movement heals.”
When she isn’t teaching you can find her walking the trail at Town Lake with her labradoodle Boris, swimming at Barton Springs or two-stepping at a local honky tonk.
